Gran Turismo 7 Paint Colors

GT7 handles paint differently from Forza: car paint comes from in-game paint chips you unlock, and there is no numeric HSB input. So this library will be a paint chip catalog rather than a slider-value database.

What we plan to include:

• All OEM paint chips, organized by manufacturer
• Approximate hex / RGB values for every chip
• How each chip is unlocked
• Matching Forza HSB values — run the same color across both games
